Wall Use & Décor Restrictions

To protect the aesthetic and structural integrity of The Ivory Venue, the following wall policies apply:


Permitted

  • Removable command hooks/strips
  • Lightweight décor such as backdrops, florals, balloon garlands, drapes
  • Freestanding walls or frames that do not touch or lean on the actual venue walls
  • Tape that is non-damaging and residue-free only (blue painter’s tape)

Not Permitted

  • Nails, screws, staples, tacks, or any puncturing tools
  • Hot glue, industrial tape, adhesive glue dots, or any strong adhesive
  • Leaning backdrops, flower walls, or heavy décor directly against the walls without protective padding
  • Glitter, confetti poppers, or wall appliqués that leave residue
  • Painting, drawing, scratching, or modifying any part of the wall surface

  • No smoking inside the venue
  • No open flames (candles must be covered)
  • No frying or cooking inside the kitchen
  • Licensed bartender required for alcohol
  • Event must end at the booked time
  • A 25% non refundable deposit to secure your date.

  • Security deposit due at time of booking
  • Remaining balance due 7 days before event
  • No holds without payment

  • Clients receive 1 hour before the event for setup
  • Clients receive 1 hour after the event for breakdown
  • If the event ends late at night, breakdown may occur the next morning depending on staff schedule and the booking calendar
  • Additional setup or breakdown hours can be purchased at the hourly rate

Affordable Pricing

Any marks, scratches, holes, or wall damage caused by décor or vendors will be repaired by Provider.

Repair costs will be deducted from the $250 security deposit, and any amount exceeding the deposit must be paid by Client within 48 hours.

 No smoking inside the venue.


The Ivory Venue can comfortably host up to 150 guests seated. We will work with you to design a layout that fits your event vision, whether you’re planning a seated dinner, cocktail-style setup, or a mixed arrangement with a dance floor.


 Yes — round tables, rectangular tables, and clear Chiavari chairs are included. 


To officially reserve your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a 25% deposit. Once both are received, your date is confirmed on our calendar, and we’ll begin working with you to plan your special day.


Yes — a prep kitchen with fridge, microwave, and sink.


Yes, you may bring outside caterers and vendors of your choice. We simply ask that all vendors are approved prior to the event to ensure they meet our venue standards.
If you prefer convenience, we also offer in-house catering and décor services, which can be added to any package.


 Yes — free on-site parking plus optional valet service. 


 Yes, it is refunded within 48–72 hours after the event if no damages occur.


 Clients may arrive 30 minutes early before the event for setup.


 

Only if the event ends late and next-morning pickup is arranged.


Setup and cleanup time must be included within your booked hours.
We handle the final cleaning, but decorations, food items, and personal belongings must be removed at the end of your event.


Life happens, and we understand.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date receive a refund of the venue fee (excluding the non-refundable booking fee).

Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is possible depending on availability. Additional fees may apply if moving to a peak date or weekend.


The final balance is due 14 days before your day. We’ll send a friendly reminder with a detailed breakdown of any outstanding fees to ensure everything is in order. Any additional charges that arise during the event (such as last-minute requests) will be billed to the card on file within 24 hours after the event.
